Q: When can I use this Gift Certificate?
A: You can use your gift certificate code, that will be sent via email, on any Historical or Cocktail Cruise at our docks in Mayville, Chautauqua, Bemus Point or Midway State Park during the summer season June 23, 2018- August 26, 2018.
Q: Is my Gift Certificate , free pass or coupon a reservation?
A: Certificates are NOT a reservation. In order to make a reservation, you must do so online at our website at 269belle.com. You can make a reservation online by entering the Gift Certificate confirmation number in the “promo code” section at the end of the checkout process!
Q:Am I required to make a reservation ahead of time if I have a Gift Certificate?
A: It is highly recommended that you reserve the date and trip you want online beforehand. If you choose not to, please present this gift certificate at the gangway, a printout of your confirmation email will be suffice!
Q:If I make a reservation…do I need to bring my Gift Certificate?
A: If you have have booked online and redeemed your Gift Certificate code above you do not need to bring your gift certificate! Otherwise, you must bring the gift certificate!
Q: When or how will I know if the Belle is running?
A: The Chautauqua Belle website, 269belle.com, MESSAGE BOX is updated every morning by 8 am, with weather and schedule information. If it’s on the website message box…we are following that schedule! We go from pretty much zero phone calls 9 months of the year, to phone calls for approx 10,000 customers in June, July and August. It is almost impossible to catch all of the calls…your best bet is to check the message box on the website.
Q: Where is the departure port?
A: Please check the information box on our homepage the morning that you wish go, there may be last minute changes in the departure port due to winds or weather. We do not go out in forecast thunderstorms, winds forecast in excess of 20 MPH or heavy rain.
