Aretha Franklin has cancelled due to heath reasons, Jay Leno has been substituted in her place. He has an awesome show, (We have seen him live before) your Aretha Franklin ticket will be honored for Leno. When we saw him before, this type of ticket (Reserved seating) was substantially more money. If you would like a refund- please send an email to us. We will be making refunds within 7 days of your request. Your request must be made by Tuesday 6-20-2017. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: I would like the go to Jay Leno but I don’t want to ride the boat can I purchase just the ticket?
A: Our ticket price is based on sales and marketing cost and projected ridership on the belle. You can certainly purchase the ticket and not ride the boat, we can’t discount the ticket based on the information above.
Q:My friends have tickets and would like to ride the belle with me, can they do that with me?
A: At the present time due to limited availability this option is not available. Please check back the day of the cruise to see if this is possible.
Opening day at Chautauqua is a very busy and fun day. Chautauqua Institution has open seating. Please arrive at the Chautauqua Belle dock in Mayville at least 30 minutes before departure time.
Chautauqua Institution requires a limited amount of walking, accordingly flat/walking shoes are recommended. Chautauqua can be cool in the evenings, a light jacket is also recommended.
